Notice to all customers: We have just been notified by our lab that some of our routine samples have came back positive for total coliform. PLEASE boil your water prior to consumption (e.g., washing hands/face, brushing teeth, drinking, etc.). Children, seniors, and persons with weakend immune systems are particularly vulnerable to harmful bacteria, and all customers should follow these directions. To ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes, water for drinking, cooking, and ice making should be boiled and cooled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes. The water should be brought to vigorous rolling boil and then boiled for 2 minutes. When it is no longer necessary to boil the water, the public water system officials will notify customers that the water is safe for drinking. Once the boil water notice is no longer in effect, the public water system will issue a notice to customers that recinds the boil water notice in a manner similar to this notice. Please share this information with all other people who drink this water, especially those who may not have received this notice directly (for example, people in apartments, nursing homes, schools, businesses, and those who may not have signed up for the alert system.)

This is just a friendly reminder to all sewer customers: All cleanouts are required to have caps secured tightly to prevent unnecessary rain/drainage water from entering our sewer system. Please make every effort to verify that yours are correctly sealed. We appreciate your assistance in this matter. Please share this info with your community neighbors and friends and please encourage them to sign up for text alerts! Have a great weekend!
